We are excited to invite you to the Future Technologies and Enabling Plasma Processes (FTPP) Ready for Launch event on Saturday, September 20, at The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). This event is open to the public and will be happening during the UAH Family and Friends Weekend.

The Interstellar Mapping and Acceleration Probe (IMAP), a NASA mission led by Princeton University, is scheduled to launch into space at the end of September 2025. To celebrate this exciting milestone, we are partnering with IMAP to host a special event filled with space-themed activities. Join us to learn more about IMAP, its mission goals, and the science behind it… All while enjoying fun, hands-on activities for all ages. This event is open to everyone, so bring your curiosity and come be part of the excitement!
